Instructions
Step 1
Cook the meat in French. Cut the pork tenderloin into one and a half centimeter thick pieces, beat off on both sides. Rub each piece with salt and black pepper and place them on a baking sheet.
Step 2
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into thin slices. Peel the onions and cut into half rings. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Put the tomatoes on the pork, onion on top (over the entire area). Spread mayonnaise on top and sprinkle with cheese. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the meat in it for 25 minutes. After the time has passed, turn off the oven and leave the meat inside for another ten minutes.
Step 4
Start preparing the side dish. Wash and peel the potatoes and chop them. Heat a saucepan with a lot of vegetable oil, put potatoes in it and fry, stirring constantly, until tender (it is determined by softness). Season the cooked potatoes with salt.
Step 5
Make a Greek salad. Wash the tomatoes, cucumbers and bell peppers. Rid the latter of seeds and membranes. Chop vegetables into large chunks. Peel the onion and cut it into half rings. Tear the lettuce with your hands.
Step 6
Combine tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers and onions in a bowl. Drain the liquid from the jar of olives and sprinkle them over the vegetables. Cut the feta cheese (or feta cheese) into cubes and add to the salad.
Step 7
Season the Greek salad with olive oil and add a small amount of dry oregano. There is no need to salt such a salad, feta cheese contains enough salt in itself.
Step 8
