You will need: 4 eggs, 1 beet, 2 carrots, 3 potatoes, 400 gr. pork, 1 onion, herbs, walnuts (100 grams)

First, boil the pork. Cook it for 1, 5-2 hours, until it becomes very soft. Only after that we turn off the fire.

We also boil vegetables and eggs.

We choose a plate for the salad, put any glass in the center. We begin to lay out layers of lettuce around the glass. Do not forget to coat each layer with mayonnaise to make it tastier.

Step 4

The first layer is boiled potatoes. It must be grated on a medium grater, salt; the second layer is boiled pork, cut it into cubes, also salt a little, the third layer is onion scalded with boiling water, chop it finely.

Step 5

The fourth layer is chopped greens (to taste, parsley, dill, cilantro), the fifth layer is egg whites. We rub them coarsely, the sixth layer is chopped nuts.
