You can stuff pancakes with anything. As a rule, liver, mushrooms, cheese, ham, berries and much more are used for the filling. But sometimes you want something completely different. To do this, you just need to take new ingredients, for example, shrimp. By adding a couple more ingredients, you can really surprise your family with stuffed pancakes in a new way.
It is necessary
- - flour 100 g
- - butter
- - egg 2 pcs.
- - milk 150 ml
- - cooked and peeled shrimp 400 g
- - green pepper 1 pc.
- - tomatoes 2 pcs.
- - onion 1 pc.
- - 1 clove garlic
- - cream 100 g
- - finely grated parmesan cheese 2 tbsp. spoons
- - olive oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- - parsley
- - salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Use flour, milk, eggs, a lump of butter and a pinch of salt to make a batter and bake some pancakes.
Step 2
To prepare the filling, heat the oil in a skillet and sauté finely chopped onion and garlic. Add chopped peppers and tomatoes. Simmer the vegetable mixture over low heat, stirring regularly.
Step 3
Add salt, pepper and shrimp to the vegetables. Continue simmering for another 10 minutes.
Step 4
When the filling is done, place it on top of the pancakes. Roll the pancakes into an envelope and send the pastries to a baking sheet. Top with cream and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Step 5
Bake the dish in the oven for just a few minutes at 200 degrees. Pancakes are served hot.
