    • 30 g yeast;
    • a tablespoon of sugar with a slide;
    • a teaspoon of salt;
    • 50 g margarine or butter;
    • 900 g flour.
    • For filling:
    • 1 small head of cabbage;
    • 2 eggs;
    • salt and pepper to taste.

Step 1

There are two ways to make pie yeast dough. So, the first way is unpaired. Dissolve yeast with a little milk, add a teaspoon of sugar. Add warm milk or a mixture of water and milk (if the milk is fat), flour and knead the dough until the dough no longer sticks to the container in which you knead it and your palms. Next, sprinkle it with flour or grease and place the dough in a warm place to rise.

Step 2

The second way is sponge. First, prepare the dough. To do this, mash the yeast with sugar, add warm water and about half of the total amount of flour. Let the dough come up. It will be ready when the mass has increased by 1.5-2 times. Then add salt, a little softened margarine and the remaining flour. Now knead the dough well so that it becomes shiny and smooth and does not stick to your hands. When the dough comes up, wrinkle it two or three times. The more the dough is kneaded, the thicker it becomes. The dough is ready when it doubles in volume.

Step 3

While the dough is right, prepare the filling. Chop the cabbage finely. Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a skillet and simmer the cabbage until tender. Add the chopped egg before cooking. Season with salt and pepper to taste. You can add some greens: dill and parsley.

Step 4

Sprinkle some flour on the table. Divide the dough into small balls. Flatten each ball into a cake and roll it out with a rolling pin. Place the filling in the middle of the juicy and pinch the edges, giving the pie an oblong shape.

Step 5

Fry the pies until a beautiful golden brown in preheated vegetable oil or bake in an oven heated to 200 degrees.
