  • - sauerkraut
  • - fresh cabbage
  • - vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons

Step 1

To make pies, you need to prepare a thin, like for pancakes, yeast dough. To do this, take a general purpose wheat flour with a protein content of 10.3 grams per 100 grams of product. Mix flour with salt, sugar, yeast. Now add warm water, stirring with a whisk so that there are no lumps. Leave the dough in a warm place for about 30 minutes.

In the meantime, let's prepare the filling. Take sauerkraut and the same amount of thinly sliced fresh cabbage - the total is equal to a 1 liter container.

In a deep frying pan or cauldron, heat the oil and simmer the cabbage in it. Just put both types of cabbage in a bowl with oil, cover with a lid and simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes.

Step 3

We also need silicone muffin molds. Pour 1 tablespoon of dough into each mold, put 2-3 tablespoons of the filling, fill with dough, which will also turn out to be 2-3 tablespoons per mold.

We put the dish in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
