Second course
Take 500 g of young nettle, scald it with boiling water and leave for 20-30 minutes, then rinse it with cool water, shake it off and put it in a preheated pan. After 2-3 minutes, add sunflower oil, a little red pepper, parsley, a pinch of salt, 200 g of rice and pour boiling water over everything. Cover the skillet with a lid and let sit for 10-15 minutes until the rice is cooked. Drink
