For the bright holiday of Easter, many traditionally prepare in advance - they bake cakes, paint eggs. Or you can make Easter-themed souvenir gingerbread cookies in the form of a hare, Easter cake, eggs. It's a good idea to involve children in baking. And if you pack ready-made gingerbread cookies in transparent paper, then you can present them as Easter gifts to relatives and friends.

- - 250 g honey
- - 250 g sugar
- - 3 eggs
- - 100 g butter
- - 1.5 teaspoon of baking soda
- - 7 glasses of flour
- - cinnamon
- - ground ginger
- - ground cloves
- - 2 tablespoons of cocoa
- - egg white
- - a tablespoon of powdered sugar
- - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- - food colorings
Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter, sugar, honey over low heat. Add spices. Cool the syrup to room temperature. Beat the eggs thoroughly in a separate bowl. Add them to the syrup.

Gradually adding flour and baking soda, knead an elastic, soft dough. Leave it in the refrigerator for a few hours. Better yet, place the dough in the cold overnight.
Step 3
Then roll out the dough thinly. Cut the cookies to the desired shape. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 4
Make the frosting. To do this, mix egg white, lemon juice, powdered sugar. Add the latter gradually. The consistency of the finished glaze should resemble sour cream.
Step 5
Fill a confectionery cornet with icing, decorate the cooled gingerbread cookies.
