Preparation of food

In order to prepare Adjarian khachapuri, you will need: 500 g of wheat flour, 400 ml of milk, 5 g of dry yeast, 500 g of suluguni, 5 chicken eggs, 1 tbsp. l. butter, 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, 1 tsp. granulated sugar, ½ tsp. salt.

Cooking Adjarian khachapuri

Take a deep bowl and sift the required amount of flour into it, add dry yeast, granulated sugar and salt there. Pour vegetable oil and warm milk into the dry ingredients. Knead the Adjarian Khachapuri dough. The dough must be kneaded for 5-7 minutes, making vigorous movements.

Roll the dough into a ball and place in a bowl, cover with cling film or a towel, then place the container in a warm place for 30 minutes.

At this time, in a separate bowl, mix the suluguni cheese with butter, add 1 egg to the mass, mix well. Set aside for a while.

Divide the matched dough into 4 equal parts, roll each of the parts into an oval, and then fold the sides so that the dough looks like a boat. Fill each "boat" with suluguni and egg filling.

Put the khachapuri on a baking sheet and place in the oven, preheated to 250 degrees, bake for about 5-7 minutes. Then remove the pastries from the oven, mix the filling and pour one egg into each Adjarian khachapuri, send back to the oven and bake for another 3 minutes.
