- - 250 ml of milk,
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
- - 450 g soft cheese,
- - 2 eggs,
- - 60 g butter.
Instructions
Step 1
Sift flour, add salt, sugar and dry yeast, mix well. Make a depression in the flour mass, into which pour 250 ml of warm milk, knead the dough. Then add odorless vegetable or sunflower oil to the dough, mix. Cover the dough with cling film and heat for an hour.
Step 2
After an hour, you need to knead the dough, then wrap the bowl with the dough in foil again and leave it warm for another half hour.
Step 3
Grate soft cheese (suluguni can be replaced with feta cheese) coarsely, divide into two parts. Recipe for two servings, if you make more khachapuri, then increase the ingredients.
Step 4
Take out the dough and divide it in two, form into round cakes. The thickness of each cake is about 5-6 mm.
Step 5
Cover the baking sheet with parchment and dust it with flour. Put a cake on a baking sheet, form sides (similar to a boat), connect the ends. Place the cheese filling in the middle of the resulting depression. Do the same with the second cake. Brush the edges of the flatbread with melted butter.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the khachapuri for 15 minutes. Then remove the cheese cakes from the oven, make a depression in the center and pour in an egg, put a little butter around the edges. Place the khachapuri in the oven for another minute, then serve.
