Cooking the dough
The secret to making pancake dough quickly is to use a hand blender. It will take no more than 5 minutes to cook with it.
It is the knives of the hand blender that cut the lumps and mix the dough very quickly. If you don't have a blender, this method will help you too, but it will take longer to knead the dough with a whisk.
Eggs must be mixed with sugar, salt, vegetable oil (one and a half glasses) and beat with a blender. After that you need to add half the flour and beat everything again.
The dough will be very thick, and then you need to add a little milk, about 100 ml. A small error is allowed, no big deal.
After you beat the dough with milk again with a blender, you can add half a glass of flour and beat again.
Do the last action two more times and at the end add all the milk to the thick dough and make it smooth.
Lumps in thick dough get under the knives more often than in liquid form, so more lumps are mixed in less movement of the knives.
Fry pancakes
Heat a pancake pan over medium heat and drip a little oil, spread with a napkin.
The dough contains vegetable oil, so the pancakes will not stick, even if you do not constantly grease the pan.
Pour a small ladle of dough into the pan, wait 1 minute and pry it with a skewer. Turn over and fry on the other side for 1 minute too.
If the pancakes stick to the pan, add more butter to the dough or grease the pan before each pancake.
If the dough is soft and you find it difficult to turn the pancake, pour some dough into a separate container, add an egg and 2 tablespoons with a mountain of flour there. Then whisk with a blender and mix with the bulk.
