This unusual name hides semolina pudding baked in the oven. Bubert turns out to be not only very tender, but also amazingly tasty. Surely such a delicacy will delight your loved ones.
It is necessary
- - semolina - 100 g;
- - eggs - 4 pcs.;
- - sugar - 4 tablespoons;
- - vanillin - 1 g;
- - milk - 0.5 l;
- - salt - 1/4 teaspoon;
- - raisins - 30 g;
- - butter.
Instructions
Step 1
After pouring the milk into a suitable sized saucepan, put it on the fire and let it boil. Then add semolina into the milk in a very thin stream. Remember to stir the mixture continuously. Cook semolina for 3-5 minutes, then remove from the stove and set aside until it cools completely.
Step 2
Separate the yolks from the whites and mix them with granulated sugar. After thoroughly mixing this mixture, add it to the cooled semolina porridge. Also add the pre-washed raisins there. Stir everything until smooth.
Step 3
Whisk the egg whites and salt separately. You should have a fairly lush mass. Add vanillin to it. Enter this mixture into semolina. Mix everything gently with a wooden spatula.
Step 4
After melting a small amount of butter, spread it over the baubert pan. Then sprinkle it with semolina and put in it, evenly distributing the egg-semolina mass over the entire surface.
Step 5
After preheating the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees, place the future dessert in it to bake. It should be cooked until a ruddy crust forms on its surface.
Step 6
Divide the finished baked goods into portions and serve with cream or sour cream. Bubert is ready!
