- - 1 tbsp. Sahara;
- - 1 glass of milk;
- Equipment:

- - plate;
- - refrigerator.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients in a deep plate (no gilded edge) without lumps. We quench soda with citric acid or acetic acid.
Step 2
We put the plate in the microwave for 3-4 minutes. Determine the readiness of the biscuit by inserting a clean toothpick into the middle. If crumbs or dough stick to it, the biscuit is raw (put in the microwave for 1-2 minutes). Let the biscuit cool.
Step 3
In a small saucepan, grind an egg with sugar, add flour, then mix everything with cold milk. We put the pan on a preheated stove, constantly stir the cream so that there are no lumps and nothing is burnt. Bring the cream to a boil, remove from the stove and let it thicken.
Step 4
In a small saucepan, combine cocoa, sugar and milk. We put on the stove, stir constantly. When the frosting starts to boil, remove it from the stove and cover with a lid.
Step 5
Gently remove the dough from the plate. Divide the sponge cake into squares or rectangles to get an even number. Connect the squares / rectangles in pairs, lubricating the joint surface with cream.
Step 6
Dip each cake separately in the chocolate icing.
Step 7
Put the cakes in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, and preferably overnight.
