Provence oil is well absorbed due to its high concentration of monounsaturated oleic acid Omega-9. It accounts for up to 75% of all fatty acids contained in this product (in sunflower - only 45%). Oleic acid helps break down harmful LDL cholesterol, prevents blood clots and strengthens blood vessels. In addition, it helps maintain a normal emotional state and prevents the development of cancer.

Omega-3 Acids for Strong Health and Good Mood

Olive oil contains more Omega-3 fatty acids, which have a high nutritional value. They reduce the risk of developing cardiovascular and oncological diseases, improve the functioning of the central nervous system. The ratio of Omega-6 to Omega-3 fats in olive oil is 4: 1. But in sunflower - only 71: 1. That is, in 100 ml of olive oil this valuable substance will be almost 18 times more.

As nutritionists often point out, olive oil actually promotes health, beauty, and longevity. It deserves to be called the pearl of Mediterranean cuisine. But at the same time, a balanced combination of different types of vegetable oils in the diet will bring the greatest benefit.
