The name "Chevapchichi" was given to meat products made in the form of sausages and fried in a pan. They are prepared from minced meat with the addition of onions and spices. If you want to surprise your household with something unusual, then they will surely appreciate "Chevapchichi". The dish can be served solo, or it can be served with a side dish. Both variations will be satisfying and tasty.

It is necessary

  • - any minced meat (pork and beef, beef, chicken or mixed) - 600 g;
  • - large onions - 1 pc.;
  • - mineral water with gas - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • - red bell pepper - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • - ground black pepper - 1 tsp;
  • - soda - 1 pinch;
  • - salt - 1 tsp;
  • - sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • - frying pan.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the onions and grate. You can also chop it with a blender or chop it finely with a knife.

Step 2

Put the minced meat, chopped onion, red and black peppers, as well as salt and soda in a bowl. Mix everything together until smooth. After that, add mineral water, knead well with your hands and beat off - you should get a mass that keeps its shape. Then cover the bowl with a lid or cling film and refrigerate for a couple of hours.

Step 3

Remove the minced meat and shape it into sausages with a diameter of about 2 cm. Pour the sunflower oil into the pan and heat it up.

Step 4

Place the sausages in a skillet and fry until lightly browned. Then turn over to the other side and fry until tender - the rouge the crust is, the tastier the Chevapchichi will be.

Step 5

Ready-made products can be divided into portions directly from the pan and served with fresh vegetables, salad or any side dish.
