Chicken cherry cake is a great substitute for the usual julienne. The two dishes taste similar, but the presentation is different. Making such a cake is very simple, it is quite satisfying.
It is necessary

- - 100 ml cream 35% fat;
- - 1 chicken breast;
- - 3 tbsp. spoons of fat sour cream;
- - 6 cherry tomatoes;
- - 1 onion;
- - black pepper.

Step 1
Make foil baskets. To do this, take a glass, put it on the foil, form a glass from the foil. It is advisable to roll the foil several times to get an elastic mold. The diameter of the baskets is 7 cm, the height is about the same. Of course, you don't have to worry and take ready-made muffin molds and just cover them with foil.
Step 2
Cut the chicken breast into thin long strips, place on the bottom of the molds in the form of a spiral.

Peel the onion, cut, cut the mushrooms too. First, fry the mushrooms in a skillet without adding oil to remove all excess liquid from them, then add chopped onions with vegetable oil. Fry until the onions are translucent. Then pour in 50-100 ml of cream and add 3 tablespoons of sour cream.
Step 4
Place the prepared mushrooms and onions on top of the chicken. Rub suluguni cheese on top. Please note that this cheese is very salty, so you do not need to salt the chicken or mushrooms. Only pepper to your liking. Place the cherry tomato on top of the cake.
Step 5
Bake the chicken cherry pie at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. It can be served both cold and warm.
