Homemade ham in the oven is cooked, although not quickly, but simply, and the result is juicy and tasty meat. Each recipe for making ham at home has its own subtleties and nuances. When making this product, it is important for the hostess to know several basic conditions that determine the final result:

  • Ham is not a boiled product, therefore it must be cooked at a temperature not exceeding 85 ° C.
  • To make quality homemade ham, experts recommend buying chilled meat.
  • Homemade ham has a short shelf life. After all, this product is made only from meat, and there are no harmful additives and preservatives in it. Therefore, try to cook the volume of the product for 2-3 days.

You will need:

  • pork leg - 700 grams;
  • vegetable oil - 3-4 tablespoons;
  • ground black pepper - to taste;

Step by step cooking process

  • vodka - 30 ml.

Cooking step by step
