So, the first recipe. Take soy sauce, ground paprika (not hot), onions, and seasonings. Cut the meat into medium pieces, beat and place in a deep plate. Pour about 50 ml with soy sauce and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon paprika. Then cut the onion into half rings and add to the meat. Mix everything well. Sprinkle with beef seasoning or any meat seasoning. Stir and let sit for at least 2-3 hours. The recipe is similar to a kebab marinade.

For the second method of marinade, cut the meat into medium pieces and then beat well. Marinate in vinegar with sugar, butter and onion, chopped in half rings. Marinade with vinegar has a characteristic aftertaste, many do not like it very much, but this is in vain, when cooking it comes to naught, and the meat becomes soft. If you still don't like using vinegar but want soft bits, you can use baking soda. Spread a thin layer over the pieces, let sit for 20 minutes and then rinse thoroughly with water. Then you can use the first recipe for preparing meat. It is better to prepare the marinade in advance so that the pieces lie in it for 2-3 hours.

When all the pieces are fried, chop the onion, crush the clove with the flat side of the knife - this will give more juice, then cut the carrots into cubes (like fried potatoes). Also, sweet bell peppers, cut into cubes and cubes, are very suitable here. Onions can be used both fresh and the one that was involved in the marinade process. It will just be saturated with seasoning and will have a pleasant aroma.

When you feel that the carrots are slightly fried, add the meat, simmer over low heat so that nothing burns, about twenty minutes. You can add a cube of butter. And don't forget the spices you like. Classic salt and pepper, paprika are well suited here (yes, there is never too much paprika) and it would also be nice to pour soy sauce for taste by the time everything is stewed (with the second version of the recipe). The end result is a juicy, soft beef stew with a delicious taste. When serving, it can be sprinkled with fresh herbs for beauty and taste.
