- - 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- - 2 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
- - 1 tsp grated ginger root
- - 1 tbsp. sunflower oil
- - a head of lettuce
- - 1 cucumber
- - 30 g almonds

Step 1
First, defrost the pork fillet, then cut it into thin strips. Then we put it in a cup, add 2 tablespoons there. teriyaki sauce, mix everything and set aside.

For dressing in a cup, mix the vinegar, sunflower oil, ginger and soy sauce, also set aside.

Cut the pineapple into small cubes.

Cut the cucumber into thick strips.

Grate the carrots.

Heat 2 tablespoons in a frying pan. sunflower oil. Fry the meat on each side for 3-5 minutes.
