  • - nori - 1 sheet;
  • - fresh cucumber - 1 pc;
  • - avocado - ½ pcs;
  • - cream cheese - 50 gr;

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the rice several times in cool running water. This must be done until the liquid becomes clear. Then pour cold water over the rice so that it covers 1-1.5 cm. Put the pot on high heat. When the water boils, cover the container and reduce heat. After about 15 minutes, check to see if there is enough fluid. Cook the rice for 25 minutes.

Step 2

While the rice is cooking, add the dressing. To do this, combine vinegar, sugar and salt. When the rice is done, place it on a wide glass plate using a wooden spatula. Then pour over the prepared dressing and mix with intense chopping movements. Cool the rice to room temperature.

Step 3

Start cooking rolls. To do this, spread a sheet of bucket elevator on the mat, step back a few centimeters from the far edge and lay out the rice in an even layer. Soak your hands in cool water before handling rice. Next, carefully place the avocado, fresh cucumber, cream cheese and fish. Twist the roll, controlling its shape with a mat. Then cut the resulting roll into two equal halves. Each of them needs to be divided into two more parts. Maki rolls can be served at the table.
