It is necessary
- - shells (the largest) - 20 pcs.
- - spinach (frozen) - 300 g
- - garlic - 1 clove
- - Feta cheese - 50 g
- - cottage cheese - 200 g
- - parsley - 3 pcs.
- - nutmeg - 1/8 tsp.
- - cream - 100 ml
- - butter - 30 g
- - hard cheese (grated) - 50 g
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the shells in salted water. Squeeze out any excess water from the spinach. Using a blender, combine: garlic, cottage cheese, feta cheese, parsley, nutmeg and squeezed spinach.
Step 2
Grease the multicooker bowl with butter. Fill the prepared shells with the resulting mass. Put them tightly together in the multicooker cup. Pour cream over.
Step 3
Put on the "Baking" mode and cook for twenty minutes. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 4
After twenty minutes, sprinkle the shells with grated cheese and cook for another seven minutes.
