Restaurant dish at home. If you prefer to cook with beef, then this recipe will be your lifesaver. Meat is prepared quite simply and quickly (if without additional stewing). Very tasty and original, try it.

- - 50 ml of soy sauce,
- - 1 onion,
- - 2 cloves of garlic,
- - chili to taste,
- - 1, 5 Art. tablespoons of vegetable oil
- - water to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the meat, cut off all excess, dry. Cut the meat into slices, then cut each slice into strips.
Step 2
Peel the chili pepper from seeds, cut off the stalk, cut into thin strips. If desired, the peeled pepper can be put in whole - whoever likes it. If cooking for children, it is best not to use pepper. Although everyone's children are different, look for taste preferences.
Step 3
Place prepared beef with chili in a bowl. Chop the garlic cloves in any convenient way and add to the meat. Pour the soy sauce over the meat, stir. Leave the meat in the marinade for an hour.
Step 4
Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. If desired, the onion can be cut into strips.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until golden.
Step 6
Put marinated beef in a frying pan with golden onions. With constant stirring, fry the meat for 15 minutes.
Step 7
At this stage, you can set the table. But if you want more tender meat, then add boiling water to the pan and simmer the beef for several hours.
Step 8
Serve cooked meat along with fresh vegetables.
