It is necessary

  • - 3 large eggs at room temperature;
  • - 120 g of sugar;
  • - 100 g of butter;
  • - 20 ml of water;
  • - 95 g flour;
  • - 400 ml of milk;
  • - 2 tsp vanilla essence.

Instructions

Step 1

Separate eggs at room temperature (remove them about half an hour before cooking) into whites and yolks. Put the first ones in the refrigerator.

Step 2

Melt the butter in the microwave or water bath and cool. Mix the yolks thoroughly with sugar to dissolve, and 20 ml of water. Add melted and cooled butter and stir until smooth.

Step 3

Gradually combine the butter and egg mixture with the flour. Heat the milk slightly (let it be lukewarm) and add to the flour along with the vanilla essence.

Step 4

Set the oven to preheat to 170 degrees. Prepare a one-piece mold with a diameter of 21 cm.

Step 5

Whisk the whites until firm peaks and mix with the rest of the mixture. Let sit for about 2 minutes and then pour into the mold. Place in oven for 60 minutes. Let the finished cake cool and cut into portions.
