It is necessary
- - 1 cup of sugar
- - 1 glass of semolina
- - 1 glass of flour
- - 1 glass of kefir
- - 2 eggs
- - soda 0.5 teaspoon
- - citric acid or 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- - 4-5 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- - filler to taste (frozen or fresh berries, nuts, dried fruits)
- - 20 g butter
- - baking dish
- - oven
Instructions
Step 1
Turn on the oven 180 degrees. And while the oven is heating, knead the dough. Combine 1 glass of sugar with 2 eggs, beat with a whisk or fork until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add 1 cup semolina to the mixture, mix. Then add 1 glass of flour and 1 glass of kefir. Mix everything thoroughly. The dough should be runny. Add soda, slaked with citric acid or lemon juice, to the dough. Now you need to mix in vegetable oil 4-5 tablespoons.
Step 2
The dough is ready, all that remains is to add the filler. It can be either fresh seedless berries or frozen ones. There may be dried fruits (dried apricots, raisins, prunes). Various nuts will work too. The filler can be one or a combination of these products. Lubricate the mold (non-stick or silicone) with butter. Gently lay out the dough. We put in a preheated oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 3
After 40 minutes we take out the cake. Let it stand for 5-10 minutes to remove it from the mold without damage. The surface of the manna can be decorated with powdered sugar and berries. Divide into portions and can be served.
