    • two heads of onions;
    • one glass of milk;
    • sunflower oil;
    • sugar
    • salt
    • seasoning for fish;
    • ten black peppercorns;
    • three carnations;
    • two tablespoons of tomato paste;
    • one tablespoon of 9% vinegar
    • dill and parsley;
    • flour.

Step 1

The first step is to prepare the marinade, because in the future you will need it chilled.

Step 2

Peel and finely chop the onions, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry the onions in preheated well-heated sunflower oil, then add the carrots and fry for another five minutes.

Step 3

Finely chop the parsley and dill.

Step 4

Add tomato paste to the pan and simmer for five minutes, then add black peppercorns, cloves, finely chopped herbs, sugar and salt to taste, and a glass of boiled water.

Simmer the marinade for another twenty minutes.

Add one tablespoon of 9% vinegar to the marinade and mix well. Remove the skillet from heat and let the marinade cool at room temperature.

Defrost the fish and peel it beforehand. Cut the fish into portions.

Add salt and fish seasoning to the flour. Dip each portion of lemonema in the prepared mixture.

Fry each portion of fish in hot sunflower oil for about 7-8 minutes on each side.

Lay the fried fish in layers in a deep bowl - a layer of fish, a layer of marinade. Repeat layers until you run out of ingredients. Then put the prepared dish in the refrigerator so that the lemonma is soaked in the marinade and chilled for about 3-4 hours.
