Bouquet for beginners: step by step instructions

Those who are just trying their hand should not take on complex compositions. Better to start with a classic bouquet in a vase or basket. It is easy to make roses, tulips, chrysanthemums and other flowers from corrugated paper with a center of candy in a shiny wrapper with your own hands. It is important to act step by step and not to rush, the key to the success of the bouquet is the accuracy and thoroughness of the work. All the details must be prepared in advance so as not to be distracted in the process of creating a composition.

It is most convenient to use sweets such as truffle or Ferrero Roche. If the candy wrapper is beautiful and fits into the intended color scheme, the candy is attached to a long wooden skewer with glue and narrow tape. An easier option for fastening is to wrap the confection in a strip of foil and tie it to the skewer with free edges, additionally fixing it with tape.

The next stage is flower decoration. Petals of the desired shape are cut from corrugated paper. For example, in roses they are wide on one edge, in tulips - oval and slightly elongated. For one bud, you need to make at least 6 petals, otherwise the flower will not be lush enough. The blanks are alternately applied to the skewer so that they cover the candy, the bottom edge is twisted around the base and fixed with glue. The stem is then wrapped tightly with green corrugated paper tape. It is important to carefully mask the joints so that the stems are smooth and beautiful. A quicker option is to paint the skewer green with acrylic paint.

For a small bouquet, you will need 10-12 flowers. They are fixed in a wicker basket or vase, to the bottom of which a floral sponge for artificial plants is glued. If it is not there, the container can be filled with polyurethane foam, which will fix the stems in the desired position. Between homemade flowers, you can strengthen ready-made branches with beads, thin artificial leaves, folded in a loop. An important condition is that the components of the bouquet must be evenly distributed, otherwise the vase or basket will tip over.

The surface under the bouquet is decorated with a floral mesh or a beautifully draped organza strip. These decorative elements should hide the sponge or polyurethane foam. The mesh is attached with a few drops of glue, decorated with sparkles or rhinestones that imitate dew drops. The finishing touch is a beautiful tone-on-tone ribbon tied with a bow. You can attach a postcard or a card with wishes to the bouquet.

Wedding bouquet of candies: poetpanoe making

A composition of sweets in the form of a classic bouquet will delight any bride. Such a product is made in gentle pastel colors: blue, cream, lilac, pink. One of the simple but stylish options is a simple but interesting bouquet of Rafaello sweets. To create it, you need to purchase:

  • sweets (the amount depends on the size of the future bouquet);
  • floristic wire with a cross section of 1 mm;
  • glue gun;
  • white printed organza;
  • artificial roses (pink or cream);
  • dark pink corrugated paper;
  • pink organza with print;
  • rhinestones or transparent beads;
  • Scotch;
  • satin ribbon (white or pink).

Cooking begins with cutting the wire into pieces 20 cm long. Attach the candy to the end of the piece of wire, wrap it tightly with the edge of the wrapper and secure with a glue gun.

Cut out squares from the printed organza with sides of 13 cm. Fold them on top of each other in pairs, make a small hole in the center. Put organza blanks on wire stems and secure them under the candy in the form of a fluffy "skirt". Straighten the edges carefully. This simple technique replaces cutting out the petals.

Start assembling the bouquet. Collect 3 candy flowers together, add an artificial rose, attach 3 more candy flowers. Form a traditional round bouquet. Cut off a strip of corrugated paper and lightly grip one edge with your hands to create scallops. Put the corrugated wrapper on the bouquet, tightly tie the lower part with tape.

Cut 3 large squares of pink organza, fold them together and straighten the edges. Wrap the bouquet over the paper in organza, tie it with a satin ribbon. Straighten the edges of the paper and organza to make the composition look more voluminous. The ends of the ribbon can be left hanging loose or tied in a bow. rhinestones, beads or a pair of decorative butterflies. A home bouquet shouldn't be sloppy. Beginners should use a little trick: small defects can be easily masked with rhinestones, beads or a pair of decorative butterflies.
