It is necessary

  • For 2 servings:
  • 1/4 cup unscented vegetable oil
  • - 1/8 cup cocoa;
  • - 1 small ripe banana;
  • - seeds of 1/4 vanilla pod;
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • - 90 g flour;
  • - 1/4 tsp baking powder;
  • 1/4 cup chocolate drops
  • 1/4 cup dates
  • 1/4 cup mixture of nuts
  • - 1/8 cup dried cranberries.

Instructions

Step 1

To begin with, coarsely chop dried fruits and nuts with a knife.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and prepare a small dish (10x15) or portioned baking tins: line it with baking paper.

Step 3

Using a mixer on medium speed, mix the butter, cocoa powder, sugar and banana until smooth.

Step 4

Sift flour with baking powder and salt into a separate container. Mix dry ingredients with liquid dough. Then add additives: nuts, dates, cranberries and chocolate drops. If you don’t have the latter, then just chop a high-quality dark (from 52% cocoa) chocolate with a knife. Stir everything with a spatula to distribute the additives evenly.

Step 5

Place the chocolate mass in a baking dish and bake for half an hour; the middle of the dessert should remain slightly damp. Remember that it is important not to dry out this dessert! Cool first at room temperature in the form, and then in the refrigerator.
