Step 1
The mussel shells are well cleaned and rinsed.

When the shells are open, take them out with a slotted spoon and remove the meat. Unopened shells will have to be thrown away.

Peel, chop and sauté the onion in oil.

Add mussels to the onion and fry, season with salt and pepper.

Pour in wine and darken mussels in wine sauce for 5-7 minutes.
