  • - garlic - 2-3 cloves;
  • - egg - 1 piece;
  • - salt - 1 teaspoon.

Instructions

Step 1

Combine the following ingredients in one bowl: water, salt, vegetable oil and flour. Mix thoroughly. Knead the dough from this mass. Then roll it up to form a ball. Cover and do not touch for 30 minutes.

Chop parsley, dill and green onions. Combine herbs in one cup and mix thoroughly. The filling for the tortillas is ready.

Put the greenery mixture in a greased frying pan. Season with salt and sauté, stirring constantly, until tender. Then add the pre-beaten egg to it. Stir the mixture quickly, remove from heat and add finely chopped garlic.

Divide the dough into 8 pieces of the same size. In order to make one Baku flatbread, you will need 2 pieces of dough. Roll them out so that they become thin, and lay out the filling of greens, but not all, but only one quarter of it. Cover the filling with the other half of the tortilla and pinch the edges. Then gently roll out the resulting cake and fry in a pan without oil. Do the same with the rest of the test.
