I offer a recipe for a delicious pilaf. We get it crumbly, with an amazing aroma that awakens the appetite.
It is necessary
- - long grain rice, 250 g
- - chicken leg, 2 pcs.
- - carrots, 1 pc.
- - onion, 1 pc.
- - tomatoes, 2 pcs.
- - garlic, 4 cloves
- - sunflower oil
- - salt, spices to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the rice and fill it with boiling water. We leave for half an hour. Over time, drain the water and leave for another half hour in a colander.
Step 2
Boil the legs in salted water until tender. We leave the broth, put the chicken on a plate. We remove the bones, cut the meat into small pieces.
Step 3
Cut the onion, three carrots on a coarse grater. Fry the onions with carrots, add the chopped tomato, simmer everything together for another 3-4 minutes.
Step 4
Now put the rice on a clean, dry frying pan. Stir it vigorously until the water evaporates. Add 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil and fry until golden brown.
Step 5
Now add overcooked vegetables, chicken to a frying pan with rice and pour broth about 1, 5 cm above the rice. Stir, add spices and simmer until tender over low heat. Pour in a little broth as needed.
Step 6
When the rice is ready, add the garlic, passed through the garlic press. The pilaf is ready. It's time to call those close to the table.
