A tasty, healthy and easy-to-prepare milk dessert is what a modern mother needs. Its taste is very similar to that of ice cream or creme brulee. Children will be happy to start the day with such an interesting treat. Adults will also like the dessert; when added to coffee, it behaves like ice cream - it does not curl up at all and gives the coffee a pleasant milky taste. - Kefir - 500 ml
- Sour cream - 1/3 cup
- Sugar - 1/4 cup
- Gelatin - 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Soak the gelatin in a little cold water. Read the correct ratio of water to gelatin on the packaging, as it varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. Wait 30 minutes for the gelatin to swell and then immediately place it in a water bath. While stirring constantly, heat it until it is completely dissolved. Make sure that the gelatin does not start to boil, otherwise it will lose the ability to gel. Then set it aside to cool.
Step 2
Combine sour cream, kefir, sugar in a convenient container and beat this mass with a mixer for 3-4 minutes. Further, without stopping whipping, gradually add the cooled gelatin into the container and beat the contents thoroughly again.
Step 3
Distribute the resulting mass immediately into vases, glasses or suitable molds, place them on the refrigerator shelf and leave to harden for about 2-3 hours. When you have your dessert ready, decorate it to your liking. It can be nuts, berries, pieces of fruit, grated chocolate, cinnamon. Dessert is ready to be served on the table for children.
Step 4
Little secret: if you slightly reduce the amount of added kefir and add your favorite berry juice without changing the total amount of liquid, then in the end you will get a completely new dessert - a wonderful berry-milk soufflé.
