Delicious, healthy soup reminiscent of summer. It is good hot and cold. The main ingredient in the soup is sorrel, which adds a certain sourness to the taste of the dish.

- - rice - 0.5 cups;
- - parsley - 1 bunch;
- - sorrel - 1 large bunch;
- - green onions - a small bunch;
- - cream cheese - 100 g;
- - eggs - 3 pcs;
- - lemon - 1 pc.;
- - salt and pepper - to taste;
- - bay leaves - 2 pcs.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the chicken, divide into large pieces. Fold the meat into a saucepan, cover with water, bring to a boil. After boiling, remove the foam from the broth, reduce the heat of the pan with food, cook until tender. Then remove the chicken from the broth.
Step 2
Boil chicken eggs in a separate hard-boiled saucepan. Wash celery, carrots, potatoes. Peel and prepare the celery in small cubes. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Cut the peeled potatoes into large cubes.
Step 3
Rinse the rice in several waters. Dip in a saucepan with broth, cook for 10 minutes. Then add the potato cubes to the rice. After cooking the products together for 5-7 minutes, put the celery in the pan. Parsley, sorrel, onion, wash, chop finely. Place in a saucepan, cook for no more than 5 minutes.
Step 4
Peel the eggs, cut, dip in the soup in the place with the bay leaf. Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
After turning off the ready-made sorrel soup, season with cream cheese, dividing it into small pieces. Wait until it is completely melted, stir. The cheese in the soup does not interrupt the sorrel taste, it only sets it off favorably.
Step 6
Wash the lemon and cut into thin slices, serve with the soup. Celery is not to everyone's taste, so you don't need to use it. Use two cloves of garlic if desired.
