According to this recipe, chicken wings can be fried in a pan, baked in the oven or grilled. And if you experiment with making the sauce and add a few cloves of garlic to it, the dish will turn out to be spicy.
It is necessary
- • 1 kg of chicken wings;
- • ginger root (8-9 cm);
- • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil;
- • ½ lemon;
- • 60 g of honey;
- • 1 tsp. mustard.
- For the sauce:
- • 1 tsp. butter;
- • 100 g of dried apricots;
- • 1 pod of hot red pepper;
- • curry seasoning;
- • wine vinegar;
- • salt to taste.
- To decorate the dish:
- • 4 tomatoes;
- • lettuce leaves;
- • parsley.

Step 1
From this amount of products, 6-8 servings will turn out, the cooking time is 1.5-2 hours. First, prepare the marinade for the chicken wings. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into a deep plate, peel the ginger root and three on a fine grater. Add honey, ginger, mustard and vegetable oil to the juice. We wash the chicken wings well, dry them slightly and put them in the marinade, mix everything well and leave for 60 minutes. Then bake the chicken wings in the oven or on the grill until golden brown. They can also be fried on both sides in a pan with vegetable oil.
Step 2
Now we are preparing the sauce for the chicken wings. My dried apricots, put in a saucepan with a little water and cook for 15 minutes, then put them in a colander, but leave the broth! Finely cut dried apricots into small cubes. Melt butter in a frying pan and fry dried apricots in it, stirring constantly.
Step 3
Wash the pepper and remove the seeds, finely chop and add to the pan to the dried apricots, mix and fry for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat and wait for the vegetables to cool. Then grind the vegetables in a blender, add 2 tbsp. decoction of dried apricots, curry, a little wine vinegar and salt to taste, mix well.

On a large platter, lay out the lettuce leaves, pour the sauce into the middle, lay the fried chicken wings next to it, decorate with parsley sprigs and tomato quarters.
