  • - water - 200 ml;
  • - egg - 3 pcs.;
  • - feta cheese - 250 g;
  • - cottage cheese - 100 g;
  • - spinach - 50 g;
  • - butter - 100 g;
  • - vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • - salt - 0.5 tsp.

Instructions

Step 1

Cooking the dough. The butter must be melted.

Step 2

Sift flour, add salt, warm water, oil. Knead the dough, it should not stick to your hands. The finished dough must be put in a bag and left for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Step 3

Cooking the filling. We wash the spinach with water, remove the coarse stems. Leaves finely mode.

Step 4

Knead the cheese with a fork, add 2 eggs, mix. Combine with spinach.

Step 5

Divide the finished dough into 4 parts and roll it out very thinly, giving the dough an elongated shape.

Step 6

Lay out the filling on the dough (distribute the filling evenly over the entire dough) and roll it into rolls.

Step 7

Lubricate the bottom and walls of the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil. We lay the rolls in the form of a spiral, starting from the center. Lubricate the cake with an egg on top. Cooking in the "Baking" mode for 60 minutes. After turning off the program, leave the cake in the multicooker for another 15 minutes. Then carefully transfer it to a plate.

The dish is ready! Bon Appetit!
