It is necessary

  • - corn grits - 100 g;
  • - water - 200 ml;
  • - butter - 50 g;
  • - feta cheese - 100 g;
  • - cherry tomatoes - 10 pcs.;
  • - parsley - 2-3 branches;
  • - garlic - 1 clove;
  • - olive oil - 4 tbsp. l.;
  • - lemon juice - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • - salt - 0.5 tsp;
  • - ground black pepper - a pinch.

Instructions

Step 1

Cooking polenta. The butter must be melted. Mix the corn grits with oil and water. We mix. We spread the mass in the multicooker bowl, turn on the "Glutinous rice" mode, cook for 40 minutes (if the mode is automatic, then we cook until it is turned off).

Step 2

We wash the tomatoes with water, cut each tomato into 8 pieces. We wash the parsley and finely the regime. Peel and chop the garlic. Knead the cheese with a fork. We combine all the ingredients, season with olive oil and lemon juice.

Step 3

We take out the polenta from the multicooker, put it on a dish, cut it into sectors.
