This dish is equally tasty both cold and hot. The original idea of using wafer cakes as a base seems a little unusual, but the result is excellent.
It is necessary
- - 560 g minced meat;
- - 210 g of onions;
- - 2 wafer cakes;
- - 3 eggs;
- - salt pepper;
- - 65 g of hard cheese;
- - 55 ml of vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel, wash and cut onions into small pieces. Then fry a little in hot vegetable oil for 12 minutes.
Step 2
Salt and pepper the minced meat, add fried onions to it and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Take one waffle cake and transfer the prepared minced meat to it, properly level it over the surface. Then cover it with a second crust on top and leave for about 20 minutes.
Step 4
Grate the cheese on a medium-sized grater. Beat the eggs well, add salt and grated cheese to them, mix everything well.
Step 5
Cut the filled wafer cakes into small pieces. Dip each bite in the cheese and egg mixture and fry in a hot skillet on both sides until golden brown.
