Instructions

Step 1

Melt 100 g of butter over low heat. Cool it slightly and beat with a mixer with 1 cup granulated sugar.

Step 2

Add 2 eggs and 0.75 glasses of milk to the butter and sugar. Mix everything until smooth.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, thoroughly mix 2 cups flour with 0.5 teaspoon salt and 0.5 teaspoon baking powder. Add this mixture to the liquid base and knead the dough.

Step 4

Cover a baking sheet with baking paper, pour the dough on it and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until tender. Insert a toothpick into the baked cupcake and pull it out. If it's dry, the baked goods are ready.

Carefully remove the muffin pan from the oven. Place the cupcake on a plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
