This recipe can be used to quickly whip up a simple cookie. Only three ingredients are used for it, but their combination allows you to get a sweet and crumbly shortbread dough that is baked for no more than 20 minutes. The result is a simple tea cookie, fast and tasty.
It is necessary
- - butter - 150-170 g;
- - sugar - 100 g;
- - flour - 250 g.
Instructions
Step 1
To knead the dough, you need to take softened butter, for this it is better to remove it from the refrigerator in advance. Put the butter in a bowl and add about 2/3 of the total sugar (60-75 g) to it. The rest of the sugar is useful for sprinkling. You can also use powdered sugar instead of sugar - this will make the cookies softer.
Step 2
Rub butter and sugar with a spoon. After the formation of a homogeneous mass, begin in small portions, stirring, add flour. Knead soft soft dough. To simplify the process, you can use a mixer, but even without one, the dough kneads very quickly.
Step 3
Roll the dough into a sausage 3-5 cm in diameter. We put it on the work surface, and next to it we pour a parallel "path" of the remaining sugar. We roll the sausage in sugar. Then cut into 1–2 cm slices. This is the fastest way to form a cookie. You can do otherwise - roll out a layer 1 cm in thickness, and then cut out the cookies with a glass or a pastry mold, and sprinkle with powdered sugar after baking.
Step 4
Place the cookies on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. We put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-20 minutes - until the cookies are browned. After that, lay out and serve with tea or coffee.
