Curd cake is a wonderful dessert that is perfect for both Sunday lunch and a festive feast. There are many recipes for making this curd delicacy - with vanilla, raisins, dried apricots, berries, etc. Dessert can be garnished with jam, grated nuts, or coconut. Each time you can prepare a curd cake in a new way, adding different ingredients to it.
It is necessary
- - 400 g of cottage cheese;
- - 6 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - 4 eggs;
- - vanillin;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of cocoa powder;
- - 300 g flour;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - 3 tsp baking powder;
- - 250 g sour cream;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of lemon juice;
- - 100 g of sugar;
- - a pinch of ground cloves;
- - a pinch of ground ginger;
- - 500 g plums (cherries or pears).
Instructions
Step 1
Mix 150 g of cottage cheese with vegetable oil, one egg, vanilla and 25 g of sugar. Mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt separately. Add a mixture of dry ingredients to the curd mass and mix everything thoroughly with a mixer.
Step 2
Roll out the dough, grease the baking dish with vegetable oil. Put the rolled dough into a mold, making a high side.
Step 3
Separate the whites from the yolks and beat them until a strong foam is formed.
Step 4
Mix the yolks with sour cream, 250 g of cottage cheese, 75 g of sugar, starch, lemon juice and spices.
Step 5
Gently add proteins to the curd cream, stirring constantly. Cover the dough with cream.
Step 6
Remove the seeds from the plums, cut each fruit into 2 pieces and place them on the cream with a cut down, slightly melting the plums in the cream.
Step 7
We bake the curd pie in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Let the cake cool and cut into slices.
