Thanks to the beans, the salad turns out to be not only very tasty, but also satisfying. Perfect for a festive table.
It is necessary
- - 400 g green beans, you can take frozen;
- - 200 g of white and black beans;
- - 1 onion;
- - 125 g cherry tomatoes or another variety of small tomatoes;
- - Bay leaf;
- - carnation;
- - a clove of garlic;
- - salt, pepper, olive oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Dry beans should be left to soak overnight with bay leaves and onions. In the morning of the next day, boil the beans in the same water, just add more salt and pepper. Cook for about 50 minutes. Strain.
Step 2
Cook the green beans in salted water for 8 minutes. If the beans are frozen, then you only need to cook them for a couple of minutes. Cut the finished beans into 2 cm pieces and pour into a deep bowl, add another boiled beans there.
Step 3
Cut the tomatoes in half, put on a baking sheet, add oil and bake in the oven for 7 minutes. Peel the garlic, chop it with a garlic press and place with all vegetables.
Step 4
Collect all ingredients, season with salt, season with olive oil and heat before serving.
