A game dish can be prepared in the same way as a chicken dish. However, it will turn out much tastier, since the meat of wild birds is healthier and more nutritious. Such delicacy will decorate your table and delight your guests.

- 1 wood grouse or black grouse
- 1 cup table vinegar
- 1 glass of water
- 4-5 slices of bacon
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of butter
- 1 cup broth to grill

Instructions
Step 1
Soak the prepared carcass of a capercaillie or black grouse, turning, during the day, in vinegar diluted with water.
Step 2
Fill with thin strips of bacon, dry with a napkin, salt, rub with oil.
Step 3
Roast in a hot oven, turning and pouring over the broth, until completely cooked and golden brown.
Step 4
Pour 1-3 tablespoons of vinegar over the finished poultry and fry.
Step 5
Chop into portions, pour with juice from a baking sheet, keep in the oven for another 15 minutes.
Step 6
Refrigerate, then garnish with herbs and vegetables.
