With the arrival of spring and summer, people begin to cook kebabs. But what if pork, chicken and beef are already boring? In this case, you can diversify your diet with squid kebabs with lime, green onions, cilantro and chili.
It is necessary

- - wine vinegar - 3 tablespoons;
- - sugar - 1 tablespoon;
- - mint and cilantro - 2 tablespoons;
- - red chili pepper - 2 tablespoons;
- - squid tentacles - 450 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Grind cilantro and hot chili with a sharp knife. Combine olive oil, vinegar, sugar, cilantro and chili in a medium bowl. Mix all ingredients well.
Step 2
Peel the insides of the squid, remove the surface films and rinse thoroughly in running water. Cut the meat into pieces about 20 centimeters in size and place in the previously prepared marinade. Use clean hands to stir the marinade until the pieces are completely enveloped in the mixture.
Step 3
Cover the container with plastic wrap and marinate the squid meat for two hours. Then string the tentacles onto 4 skewers. It is better to use skewers flat, in the form of skewers - the meat will not spin on them, it is convenient to use.
Step 4
The meat is very tender, so grill the squid kebab for only 4 minutes, turn the skewers with the meat constantly. It is important not to overcook the dish, otherwise the meat will turn out tough and lose its taste.
Step 5
Bake green onions on the grill, heat the marinade in a suitable container. Serve the squid kebabs with green onions, lime halves and marinade. Additionally, you can prepare some kind of salad, season it with butter, mayonnaise or homemade sour cream.
