There are many recipes for making shrimp snacks. Some snacks are ideal for beer, and some can decorate a festive table. A spicy shrimp appetizer is suitable for a festive feast, it turns out to be quite original, it is served with slices of mango or papaya.
It is necessary
- - 800 g of large unpeeled shrimp;
- - 1 papaya or mango;
- - 5 cloves of garlic;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
- - lemon peel, green onions, hot chili peppers, parsley, black pepper, sugar, salt;
- - lettuce leaves.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel large shrimps. Bring the water to a boil, pour the shrimp into it, bring to a boil again, then cook for three minutes without covering the pan with a lid. The shrimp should turn pink. Drain the water, cool the shrimps under running ice water.
Step 2
Peel the garlic, chop, mix with lemon zest, olive oil, chopped green onions, hot peppers, parsley. Pepper, salt, add sugar to taste. Mix well - the shrimp marinade is ready.
Step 3
Put the shrimps on a plate, cover with marinade, let stand for at least half an hour, but preferably 1-2 hours. Then drain all excess marinade from the shrimp.
Step 4
Cover the dish with lettuce leaves, put the marinated shrimps in the center of the dish. Cut papaya or mango into slices, arrange them around the edges of the shrimp, serve. This spicy shrimp appetizer goes well with red wine.
