  • - 1 onion,
  • - 25 grams of vegetable oil,
  • - salt to taste.
  • - ground black pepper to taste,
  • - parsley to taste,
  • - 100 grams of hard cheese.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the onion, cut into small cubes. Heat vegetable oil and sauté the onion cubes until translucent.

Step 2

Wash the tomatoes, cut off the top and use a spoon to remove the middle.

Step 3

Mix minced meat with onion, fry over low heat. When frying, break up the minced meat lumps.

Step 4

Rinse parsley or dill, chop finely, mix with onion and minced meat. Add a little tomato pulp to the minced meat in a frying pan, season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring the minced meat to readiness.

Step 5

Gently spread the resulting filling over the prepared tomatoes. Transfer the stuffed tomatoes to an ovenproof dish. Grate the cheese and sprinkle each tomato with cheese to form a cap.

Step 6

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake the tomatoes for about 20 minutes. Once the cheese is melted, the dish can be removed from the oven and served with the sauce or sour cream. Garnish the tomatoes with fresh herbs before serving.
