Hearty cereal and nut cookies are a great and healthy breakfast or snack!
It is necessary
- - 230 g butter;
- - 400 g of oatmeal;
- - 230 g of a mixture of your favorite nuts;
- - 110 g flour;
- - 4 tablespoons syrup "Golden syrop" or liquid honey;
- - 170 g brown sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with baking paper or oil.
Step 2
Grind the nuts with a special grinder or chop with a knife into small crumbs. Combine them in a spacious container with the rest of the dry ingredients: oatmeal and flour.
Step 3
In a water bath or in a microwave oven, melt the butter with the addition of syrup and sugar. Add liquid ingredients to dry bowl and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Put the mass on a baking sheet and smooth with a spatula. Put in the oven for 25 minutes. Pull out and use a knife to outline the division into portions (I get 32 cookies). Then, when it has completely cooled, cut along the marked lines. Cookies are perfectly stored in a tight-fitting container: for example, in a tin can.
