A very bright and hearty salad with a rich tomato flavor. It will decorate any table and will delight you and your guests.
It is necessary
- - 400 g fresh champignons
- - 3 pcs. eggs
- - 400 g ham
- - 2 pcs. a tomato
- - a few cherry tomatoes
- - mayonnaise
- - vegetable oil
- - salt to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly, cut into plates and fry in a hot pan. After the moisture has evaporated, salt the mushrooms and add the chopped onions. Squeeze the ready-made mushrooms to remove the unnecessary amount of oil and cool. Cut the ham into strips 2 centimeters wide.
Step 2
Boil the eggs in salted water and cool in cold water to easily remove the shells. Peel and chop the eggs into thin, even sticks.
Step 3
Cut the tomatoes into cubes, leaving no healthy juice on the board. Mix all ingredients and season with mayonnaise. Do not add salt to the salad anymore, as mayonnaise, ham and mushrooms contain enough salt.
Step 4
To decorate, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and arrange in the center in the shape of a flower. Add a sprig of parsley.
