Delicate juicy pork combined with soy sauce will not leave anyone indifferent. An unusually tasty dish will become the main highlight on every table.
Ingredients:
- Soy sauce - 150 ml;
- Fresh pork - 400 g;
- Fresh garlic - 3 cloves;
- 1 large onion
- Green fresh salad - 2 bunches;
- Table vinegar 3% - ½ teaspoon;
- Potatoes - 3 tubers;
- Fresh tomato - 3 pcs;
- Vegetable oil - 40 ml;
- Cooking oil - 60 g;
- Sesame seeds - 20 g;
- Provencal mayonnaise - 80 g;
- Ketchup - 40 g;
- Parsley and dill;
- Peppercorns;
- Spices for meat;
- Ground red pepper and salt.
Preparation:
- Peel the onion and garlic cloves. Crush the garlic with a knife.
- Wash thoroughly all necessary greens. Finely chop the dill and parsley.
- Wash the pork in cold water, then divide it into pieces of equal size with a knife, sprinkle with salt, pour over with acetic acid, put in a deep saucepan. Put pepper, garlic, peeled onion and all chopped greens there.
- Pour the contents of the pan with plenty of soy sauce, remove the marinade aside for 60 minutes.
- Wash the tomatoes, cut each into quarters. Peel the washed potatoes, cut into small pieces, sprinkle with salt and fry in a preheated pan with vegetable oil until crisp.
- Rinse and dry lettuce leaves.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, then put the soaked pork on it. Fry each piece well on all sides.
- For the sauce, you need to mix mayonnaise, spices, ketchup, black pepper. Mix everything thoroughly with a fork.
- Put the finished meat on a napkin, drain off excess fat and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Before serving, put the meat on a green salad, serve potatoes, pre-cut tomatoes and sauce with the garnish.
