It is necessary
- 250 g ricotta;
- 100 g sour cream or fatty 10% yogurt;
- 2 eggs;
- 2 tbsp flour;
- 3 tbsp Sahara;
- A pinch of vanillin;
- Favorite berries to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Well, until foamy, beat the eggs with sugar: this is important, so our casserole will be softer and more airy. Add flour and beat again.
Step 2
Now it's the turn to send sour cream and ricotta to the mixer bowl. Add a pinch of vanillin. Mix everything until smooth.
Step 3
For our casserole, we use refractory portion molds.
We spread the berries on the bottom - they can be frozen, but keep in mind that they will have a lot of juice - and pour the curd-sour cream mixture. Avoid filling the molds to the brim: leave some room for lifting. We send it to an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 30 minutes. Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different, so don't go too far: your casserole shouldn't burn! The "indicator" of readiness will be the blush on the top of the casserole.
