Simple tender rolls with pleasant cream cheese will be a great snack for any table. They are prepared in an unusually simple way, but they turn out to be surprisingly tasty.

It is necessary

  • -250 g lightly salted salmon fillet
  • -200 g cream cheese
  • -2 large tomatoes
  • -1 bunch of green onions
  • -1 bunch of basil
  • -a few pinches of nutmeg
  • -3 cloves of garlic
  • -olive oil
  • -balsamic vinegar
  • -lemon juice

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse tomatoes and herbs thoroughly in running water, and then pat dry on a paper towel. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes with a sharp knife, and chop the herbs finely with a knife or chop in a blender.

Step 2

Peel the garlic, pick off the basil leaves. Put cheese, basil, garlic and nutmeg in a blender or food processor, and then whisk everything into a fluffy homogeneous mass. Add a few tablespoons of olive oil to this creamy mixture, and then mix well.
