The most delicate chicken cutlets will certainly appeal to your household: for their preparation, the fillet is finely chopped with a knife and combined with mayonnaise, so the dish retains its juiciness and softness as much as possible.
Ingredients:
- Milk - 0.5 tbsp;
- Salt and ground pepper;
- Onion - 1 pc;
- Chicken fillet - 1 pc;
- Flour - 6 tbsp;
- Chicken eggs - 2 pcs;
- Mayonnaise
- Garlic - 2 cloves.
Preparation:
- Cut off the fillet from the chicken breast. Rinse thoroughly under running water, chop into small cubes. Before cutting, the meat can be kept in the freezer for a while - this will greatly facilitate the process.
- Now mix the meat slices with onions and garlic, previously peeled and chopped by hand or on a grater.
- We add salt and spices to your taste: the chicken goes best with sage, sweet paprika, rosemary, thyme, marjoram and basil. Spice lovers will appreciate the pungent ginger and curry, which can be substituted with a mixture of coriander, cumin, nutmeg, paprika and turmeric. You can also add chopped fresh parsley.
- Put in mayonnaise and pour in 100 milliliters of milk. Stir everything well.
- We drive in a couple of eggs. After mixing, add flour and knead the chicken mixture until smooth. We carefully break the lumps.
- Finally, you can start frying the cutlets directly. Put a spoonful of minced chicken in hot oil. When the cutlet is browned, turn it over to the other side.
Chicken cutlets are served hot, with any side dish (spaghetti / pasta, boiled rice, buckwheat, chicken or pea puree) or fresh vegetables.
