- - 65 ml of vegetable oil;
- - 1 egg;
- - 30 g of ground dry mustard;
- - 65 g flour;

- - viburnum or cranberries.

Step 1
The liver must be rinsed, dried, carefully peeled off the film, the streaks removed and put into milk for about two hours. Then cut into small pieces.

Beat the egg with a fork, then add flour, mustard, salt, pepper to it and mix everything thoroughly. Transfer the liver to this mixture, roll it thoroughly and refrigerate overnight.
