  • - 85 ml of milk;
  • - 65 ml of vegetable oil;
  • - 1 egg;
  • - 30 g of ground dry mustard;
  • - 65 g flour;
  • - salt pepper;
  • - 180 g of rice;
  • - dill greens;
  • - viburnum or cranberries.

Instructions

Step 1

The liver must be rinsed, dried, carefully peeled off the film, the streaks removed and put into milk for about two hours. Then cut into small pieces.

Step 2

Beat the egg with a fork, then add flour, mustard, salt, pepper to it and mix everything thoroughly. Transfer the liver to this mixture, roll it thoroughly and refrigerate overnight.

The next day, remove the pickled liver from the refrigerator. Heat a frying pan with sunflower oil and fry the liver on it until golden brown on both sides.

Then add a little water and sour cream, continue to simmer the liver until tender, covered over low heat for about 20 minutes.
